See All ReviewsGreat menu options! We had Mexican shrimp cocktail and gumbo for appetizers, both generous and tasty. Fried shrimp was fresh crispy and hot. The grilled snapper special was perfectly seasoned and fresh served with veggies and rice. Very good we will be back to try more menu items. Eat local give it a try!
I had high hopes walking in. The atmosphere looks good from afar but far from good. We were sat next to a filthy outlet, but ignored this and ordered appetizers. The menu said $15.99 for fried mushrooms so when they came out I was surprised to see 10 tiny mushrooms. They later charged me $8.99 We also ordered the Cajun bread and it was cold and the appetizers were served without a small plate (had to ask). Suffering on, the meal itself was ok, I guess it’s hard to mess up a fried platter however, it came with coleslaw and they brought it out by itself, strange. The platter was definitely frozen, but expected that. Overall the food was very disappointing but the servers were sweet. I was not expecting “bar food” since we were supposedly in an actual restaurant. We will not be back. Total bill was $76
Decided to give this place a try after meeting the new head chef. He said he had altered the recipes of the menu opting for fresh ingredients vs frozen. I really enjoyed the Salmon and triple chocolate cake. The servers were very nice as well. Would definitely come back.
